This is a plain-language summary of the terms for using Serotre Ops. It is provided for transparency and does not replace a final, formal agreement.
Using the service
You may create a workspace and use the modules included in your plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for the actions of users you invite.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is available without payment. Paid plans are selected inside Plans & Billing and activated after a manual payment is verified. Submitting a payment does not activate a plan automatically.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, to store content you have no right to, or to disrupt the service or other organizations. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
Sales and invoicing
Serotre records sales and inventory internally. It does not currently generate an official BIR invoice. You remain responsible for issuing official invoices through your registered method.
Data and ownership
Your business data is yours. The platform, its modules, and reusable extensions remain Serotre's property; your subscription grants the right to use them.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated.
